Credentials
Our team is made up of caring and highly qualified individuals. Our educators are knowledgeable, caring, reflective, and resourceful professionals. They bring diverse social, cultural, and linguistic perspectives. They collaborate with each other to create engaging environments and experiences to foster each child’s learning and development. All staff members must have a clear criminal record check and an up-to-date First Aid certificate. Each room at Bright Eyes has a minimum of two consistent staff members as well as a float staff to cover for breaks, time away, program planning, and vacation.
